Barry Ritholtz Strongly Defends SEC’s Suit Against Goldman
Barry Ritholtz of The Big Picture has been out in force lately defending the SEC’s case against Goldman. It started last Friday with this post: “10 Things You Don’t Know (Or Were Misinformed) About The GS Case”. That post was subsequently cited by Alan Abelson over the weekend in his widely read Barron’s column (“Wanna Bet?” (subscription required)) which gave Ritholtz’s views wide circulation. This week he has had TV appearances on Bloomberg and MSNBC defending the SEC.
