Why Home Values And Other Real Estate Investments Will Climb Through The End Of The Decade – And How To Profit From Them right near the peak of the housing bubble (published Feb 22, 2005), revised it to Why The Real Estate Boom Will Not Bust – And How You Can Profit From It a year later (published Feb 21 2006), subsequently called the bottom to housing 4 or 5 times and then quit his post at the NAR last April, actually published another book last year called All Real Estate Is Local: What You Need To Know To Profit In Real Estate – In A Buyer’s And A Seller’s Market (published April 3 2007) (via The Big Picture).
