New Granite Bay Retail Center to Open This Month

Apparently that new retail center they’ve been putting together along Douglas Boulevard, east of Sierra College Boulevard, is opening up this month:

Developer Lisa Powers has assembled an intriquing mix of clothing boutiques and eateries, along with shops selling pottery, shoes and snowboard equipment.  And a full service day spa.

All the businesses are ‘closely held’, Powers says, meaning the owners are directly involved in their operations.

Powers real joy is ‘Market Hall’, which will encompass gourmet meats and fishmongers, a fresh produce stand, an Acme break bakery, Powers’ own sausage and beer restaurant and a ‘Pullman Kitchen’ where customers can buy pre-made meals to go.

Sounds yummy!
