’s Vishesh Kumar Rips Microsoft Interest In Facebook

In a blistering and fact filled diatribe at, “Facebook Won’t Help Microsoft”,  Senior Writer Vishesh Kumar makes clear the meaning of Microsoft’s potential purchase of a slice of Facebook at a price that would put a $10 billion value on the company overall: desperation: “Buying a piece of Facebook would represent yet another sign of desperation from Microsoft”.

This is the best piece I’ve read on this subject and I highly recommend it.
