[My clients are] the real Sullivan Group.
– Sheila Carroll, a Sacramento attorney representing the Lehmann-Halverstadt Group
There is a little dispute going on among a Roseville Investment Advisor called The Sullivan Group. Some members decided to leave Morgan Stanley while others elected to stay. Now there is a fight over the use of The Sullivan Group name, with its ties to media personality Tom Sullivan, who founded the company 25 years ago but left in 2007 to become an anchor at The Fox Business Channel. The group that left claims they have the right to the name but one of the people who stayed with Morgan Stanley is Sullivan’s son Brad.
