Nasdaq Up 6 Days In A Row; Window Dressing?

December 26, 2007 at 12:05 pm  ·  Category: Market Commentary, The Investment Advice Business

Tech stocks have been performing extremely well at year end, with the Nasdaq up for the 6th consecutive day today – S&P Tech (XLK) is up 4.24% over the same period.

I sense some window dressing here as portfolio managers dress up their funds for year end.

UPDATE (Thu 12/27, 10:00am): The Wall Street Journal’s stock market blog, MarketBeat, referenced this post in a post yesterday.
